DAY ONE – bringing Atkins back into my life. I followed the diet way back in 2004 and lost an amazing 30kgs.
Starting weight – 80-somthing kgs.
Weight today – 84.3kgs.
Total lost –
Kgs from goal – 24.3 kgs.
Goal weight – 60kgs.
Breakfast – bacon and eggs
Lunch – fried fish with aubergine
Dinner – fried chicken with brie
Positivity level – high and energised
