90 Pound Weight Loss Transformation / Before & After

I lost over 90 pounds. I went from 225 to 134. This is my weight loss transformation video. I lost this weight by eating a whole foods plant based diet, nutritarian style. What’s a nutritarian diet? Check out the book “Eat to Live” by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
I lost over 90 pounds, which is freaking awesome! However, what’s an even bigger accomplishment is how I got off all medications, naturally, and got healthy. I had high blood pressure, prediabetes, a fatty liver (briefly) depression, and I was always in pain.

I will always have auto immune disorders, fibromyalgia and IBS. Those won’t go away all together. It will always be stored in my body, but it’s up to me if I have symptoms come out. Eating healthy keeps the symptoms and flair ups at bay.

Questions I get asked-
I’m 5’8″
It took me about a year to lose 80 pounds. Then I finally worked hard and pushed myself to take off those extra pounds.

I was 145 in the pictures in the bathing suit.
I was 137 in the photos in the jeans.
I was 135 in the video of my size 4 jeans.
